This module hides the OTRS attachment field in configurable screens.

Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ HideFieldAttachment-6.0.3.opm

Settings

To choose which screen the attachment field will be hidden on, just access the setting “Frontend::Output::FilterElementPost###HideFieldAttachment”. Service Up

Then add in Templates the screen where the attachment field will be hidden, as shown in the example image below.

Save changes and Deploy OTRS

Note: To hide the attachment field on AgentTicketPhoneOutbound and AgentTicketPhoneInbound it is necessary to configure the template AgentTicketPhoneCommon
